Alexandra (Sasha) Boldyreva is a Professor of Computer Science and the Associate Chair for Graduate Studies in the School of Cybersecurity and Privacy at the Georgia Institute of Technology. She received her Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of California at San Diego. Dr. Boldyreva started at Georgia Tech as an Assistant Professor in 2004 and has spent her professional career conducting research in the areas of applied cryptography and cybersecurity. She is a recipient of an NSF CAREER Award, a Google Faculty Research Award, a Facebook Research Award, and two TCC Test of Time awards from the International Association for Cryptologic Research’s Crypto and Public Key Cryptography (PKC) conferences. She served as the Program Co-Chair of the Crypto 2018 and 2019 conferences and is currently a Co-Chair of PKC 2023.
